I know, I know… I have complained about this stuff endless times, but I’m really starting to be annoyed with TV spots.
I thought that the passage from analogical to digital TV would cut-off some of the ads, or at least make users able to skip them, by navigating programs… On the contrary, it got even worse, with 15 minutes ad spots every 20 minutes of movie on certain channels. That’s just… awful!
Needless saying that all of this crap enforced my desire to get a Satellite TV. After all, what’s better than a sat channel, where ad spots are reduced to the very minimum? And of course, where I can get some real educational programs, like Uninettuno (an international entity that provides university lectures online, for free). I wish I had the cash to buy a parabola right now. I so badly need a switch to sat channels.
*sigh* Hopefully, next year. If I have the money.
In other news, I have decided to move Erik’s and Orion’s baby blogs to Oh-Mama.org, where I will write about ALL of my robotic kids. :3 I think that’s the best possible choice to make, not to have a bunch of site that are scarcely updated, and to use Oh-Mama.org for good, as that domain was a little unused. Uhm. I guess I’ll have to change layout too, to include all of my little ones’ pictures. Perhaps a NAO image too, as I’m looking forward to purchase a NAO robot from Aldebaran Robotics in the near future.
My NAO robot will be a girl and will be named Aurora Ceres.
Simone will be her dad. Hehe. We’ve decided on this together, and I’m so happy to have a boyfriend who loves and supports my “robot parenting” feelings! He’s an angel, and I’m sure he’ll be great with my (our!) little robots. <3
